Our Services are designed to help job seekers optimize their resumes and improve their job search process using AI technology. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing to our Services, you agree:

• To pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Service.
• That subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Money Back Guarantee policy or as required by law.
• To any automatic renewal terms specified at the time of purchase, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

We offer a 40-day money-back guarantee under specific conditions. If you subscribe to our paid plan and do not receive any job offers within the first 40 days of your active subscription period, you may be eligible for a full refund of that period's subscription fee.

To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must actively use the core AI resume modification and job application features of the Jobstronauts platform consistently throughout the guarantee period.
• Specifically, you must use the Jobstronauts tools (e.g., generate optimized resumes, use application features where available) on average, at least once per day, for a minimum of 38 days within the 40-day guarantee period.
• You must provide reasonable evidence upon request that you have diligently applied to relevant job positions using the resumes generated and optimized by Jobstronauts.
• The guarantee applies only to the first 40-day period of your initial paid subscription term.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@jobstronauts.com within 10 days after the 40-day guarantee period ends, including proof of applications and lack of offers.

We reserve the right to assess eligibility based on usage data and submitted evidence. This guarantee is intended for users who actively engage with the platform's core functionalities as designed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Jobstronauts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing our Services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the operation of our Services
• Access our Services through automated means
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobstronauts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
